How to Order a Bike

Thank you for your interest in our motorcycles. If possible please phone us on 01472 354402 for further details or email sales@gphonda.co.uk if you cannot get to a telephone during our opening hours.

Payment

We accept cash, bank transfer and most major debit/credit cards. Payment terms can be discussed at the time of purchase.

Finance

We offer full finance facilities from a number of major finance companies, both prime and sub-prime. They will ask for proofs of identity, both parts of driving licence and a further proof of address are minimum requirements.

Part exchange

We can take your current motorcycle as a part exchange when purchasing from us. If ringing please provide as many details as you can, registration number, condition, service history, extras, any outstanding finance details, remaining tax etc. Even then it is often not possible to give an accurate valuation over the phone. If visiting please bring all relevant paperwork with you.

Visiting

Whilst it is always easier to deal in person it is not always possible. Most of the above steps can be conducted via telephone/email if necessary.

Demo's

We always try to carry a large fleet of demonstrators. If wishing to take one out please ring to book. You will need to bring with you both parts of your licence and a debit/credit card. Certain criteria apply as regards our insurance.

Appointments

If visiting for a specific reason, e.g to view a bike or take a demonstrator out it is normally best to ring first.
